1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:

Shipped incorrectly

5. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping
