Refunds & Returns

At XONEEDS LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it

  • Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories

  • Be returned within 15 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods or personal care items

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "clearance"

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@xoneeds.com with the following:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive:

    • Return authorization

    • Shipping instructions

Note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item)


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Shipped incorrectly

To request an exchange, email info@xoneeds.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement item at no extra cost.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank – there may be a processing delay
